چکیده

The production and consumption of blueberry have increased in Mexico owing to its health benefits. Symbiotic relationships been shown be crucial plants. In particular, phytohormone by Pseudomonas fluorescens is an important mechanism plant growth promotion. However, there are only a few reports on the effects growth-promoting bacteria blueberries. Therefore, we aimed evaluate four strains P. (UM16, UM240, UM256, UM270) two types slow-release fertilizer (nitrophosphate basacote) development var. Biloxi under greenhouse conditions. Blueberry seedlings obtained from vitro culture adapted conditions were inoculated with 1 x 106 CFU any strains, depending treatment. Plants showed average length, fresh weight, root dry compared those control treatment (non-inoculated plants). plants fertilized nitrophosphate had better basacote or (inoculated fertilized). Inoculated also greater higher longer roots, weight than non-fertilized Our study could facilitate sustainable propagation

The comparison of growth parameter and pigments content of bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) plants inoculated with various Kerman indigenous rhizobacteria

Nitrogen deficit is one of the most limiting nutrients for plant production. Therefore, identifying diazotrophic indigenous inoculants to promote nitrogen fixation have a great importance in agriculture. In the current study, a number of rhizobacteria isolated from nodules of different legumes cultured in Kerman (IRAN) province. Isolates were screened for their ability to grow on N-free media. ...

Growth response of maize plantlets inoculated with Enterobacter spp., as a model for alternative agriculture.

A maize rhizosphere isolate was phenotypically and genotypically characterized and identified as Enterobacter spp. bacterium. Germinated seeds were inoculated, the plantlets were sown in vermiculite and in soil and grown under laboratory and field conditions, respectively. The adherence, colonization and plant growth promotion capability of Enterobacter sp. UAPS03001 was evaluated in "Rojo-Crio...

detection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...

Growth, yield index, and photosynthesis traits of sweet pepper grown in vermicompost inoculated with Arbuscular mycorrhiza

ABSTRACT- The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of “Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi” (AM fungi) density and different growing media on the growth, photosynthesis parameters and yield of sweet pepper under greenhouse conditions. The experiment was conducted as a factorial plan based on control randomized design (CR...

Quality Parameters of Six Cultivars of Blueberry Using Computer Vision

Background. Blueberries are considered an important source of health benefits. This work studied six blueberry cultivars: "Duke," "Brigitta", "Elliott", "Centurion", "Star," and "Jewel", measuring quality parameters such as °Brix, pH, moisture content using standard techniques and shape, color, and fungal presence obtained by computer vision. The storage conditions were time (0-21 days), temper...
